BitMart joins the xStocks Alliance, bringing tokenised stocks and ETFs to a wider audience with seamless on-chain and exchange access.
Tokenised stocks platform Backed announced that global cryptocurrency exchange BitMart has joined the xStocks Alliance.
This collaboration expands BitMart’s offering beyond cryptocurrencies, allowing users to access tokenised blue-chip stocks and ETFs from traditional finance.
Backed’s xStocks product line features more than 60 tokenised stocks and ETFs, including Tesla, Coinbase, and Robinhood. Each asset is backed one-to-one by the underlying security and is available across centralised and decentralised exchanges, as well as leading DeFi protocols.
Launched in June 2025, xStocks are already accessible on Kraken, Bybit, and other platforms, with BitMart now joining the roster.

Through this integration, BitMart users can access tokenised equities with the speed and transparency of blockchain. Assets can be traded as spot tokens, offering fractional ownership and the ability to transfer xStocks permissionlessly into DeFi protocols on Solana.
Adam Levi, Co-founder of Backed, added: “The rapid adoption of xStocks on platforms like BitMart proves that demand for real-world assets on-chain is no longer a niche concept – it’s a clear industry shift.”
BitMart is the ninth exchange to support xStocks since its launch just over a month ago. Looking forward, xStocks plans to extend availability to additional EVM chains, including BNB Chain.
