Grove anchors US$50M in tokenised Apollo fund ACRDX, launched with Centrifuge and Plume to expand institutional-grade credit access on-chain.

Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform Centrifuge and Plume, the first full-stack chain purpose-built for real-world assets, have announced the launch of the Anemoy Tokenised Apollo Diversified Credit Fund Segregated Portfolio (ACRDX).

The fund debuts with a US$50 million deployment from Grove, the institutional-grade credit infrastructure protocol within the Sky Ecosystem.

ACRDX acts as a feeder fund providing tokenised access to the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, which invests across corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, performing credit, and dislocated credit. This development reflects the rising demand among institutions for blockchain-native access to leading investment products.

The tokenised version of the fund, nACRDX, is available via Nest Credit, Plume’s institutional-grade yield protocol. Accessible to professional investors through the Nest Credit vault platform, it aims to lower barriers to entry, enhance transparency, and offer faster, more efficient access to diversified strategies at a time when demand for private credit continues to grow globally.

Chris Yin, CEO and Co-Founder of Plume, said: “Bringing together Apollo, Centrifuge, and Grove highlights the strength of our ecosystem and the growing institutional demand for diversified credit markets on-chain. This collaboration showcases how Plume is setting the standard for the next generation of financial infrastructure.”

Bhaji Illuminati, CEO of Centrifuge, added: “Centrifuge provides the infrastructure to tokenise and manage the fund, Plume offers the optimised blockchain environment, and Grove delivers the capital highways that open institutional-grade access to diversified credit opportunities. Together, this is a natural evolution in our mission to scale real-world assets on-chain.”

Sam Paderewski, Co-Founder of Grove Labs, commented: “We created Grove to bring institutional credit markets into blockchain infrastructure. Supporting ACRDX with this US$50 million deployment validates our belief that private credit is one of the most critical asset classes to unlock through tokenisation.”

By combining Apollo’s global credit expertise with Centrifuge’s tokenisation technology and Plume’s RWA-focused infrastructure, ACRDX sets a precedent for how institutional-grade strategies can move on-chain at scale.

The fund is secured by Chronicle, an institutional-grade oracle network, and integrates with Wormhole to ensure seamless interoperability. Subject to regulatory approval, Anemoy will act as fund manager, providing governance and professional oversight.
