Centrifuge V3 goes live on six chains, completing its Ethereum migration to be a unified, chain-agnostic platform for tokenised asset management and DeFi-native capital.
Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation platform Centrifuge officially launched Centrifuge V3 across six Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible chains: Ethereum, Plume, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, and BNB Chain.
The rollout completes Centrifuge’s full migration to the Ethereum ecosystem, introducing a modular, chain-agnostic infrastructure for on-chain asset management.
Powered by Wormhole’s interoperability protocol, Centrifuge V3 offers a unified liquidity environment that enables asset managers to allocate, rebalance, and operate seamlessly across chains. This foundational step aims to dissolve fragmentation in DeFi and bridge institutional-grade products with borderless on-chain capital.
“Centrifuge V3 is the infrastructure for the next generation of financial markets. This launch is the culmination of almost a year of building, auditing, and validating,” said Bhaji Illuminati, CEO of Centrifuge. “By going live across the most secure and scalable ecosystems in DeFi, we’re unlocking utility, liquidity, and accessibility for tokenised assets.”
The launch builds on a series of recent milestones for the project, which include winning the $1 billion Spark Tokenisation Grand Prix, launching Janus Henderson’s AAA CLO strategy on-chain, and securing a partnership with S&P Dow Jones Indices.
Centrifuge V3 supports a full range of asset types and fund strategies, from institutional-grade tokenised funds to DeFi-native yield vaults. It allows for end-to-end lifecycle management, including issuance, allocation, and ongoing operations, via customisable asset structures that scale with the issuer’s needs.
Chain abstraction enables investor and issuer interactions to remain seamless regardless of the network used. With Wormhole powering secure interoperability, assets can move fluidly between chains, eliminating silos and boosting capital efficiency.
“We’re excited to support Centrifuge’s multichain expansion with Wormhole, enabling seamless interoperability that breaks down liquidity silos, boosts access, and opens new use cases for on-chain capital markets,” commented Robinson Burkey, Co-Founder of Wormhole Foundation. “Our mission to connect every asset, app, user, and institution without friction between chains remains core, and we’re looking forward to seeing Centrifuge V3 thrive across leading networks.”
With V3, Centrifuge aims to scale innovations into a global standard for decentralised, multichain asset management.
