Both Circle and MetaMask announced integrations of Sei, with the former announcing native USDC support on the network, while the latter integrated Sei as a Layer-1 within its wallet.
These ecosystem milestones coincide with notable highs in on-chain gaming activity. In Q1 2025, daily gaming transactions rose nearly 80% quarter on quarter to 354,000, pushing daily active addresses above 312,000.
By late Q2, Sei reached an all-time high of more than 600,000 daily active wallets. On 24 June, the network recorded 1.6 million daily transactions, with games such as World of Dypians accounting for nearly 40% of volume.
As of August, Sei has retained its position as the top blockchain for gaming with 14 million unique active wallets in 30 days, triple its June total. With Circle and MetaMask integrations alongside its rapidly expanding gaming catalogue, Sei is consolidating its position as a blockchain for the gaming niche.
