In the next episode of Quantum Minds, Fetch.ai’s Humayun Sheikh taps into what matters in the age of agentic AI.

After the launch of its second season, Quantum Minds is set to release its second episode of the season featuring Humayun Sheikh, founding investor in DeepMind and Chief Executive Officer of Fetch.ai, as its next guest.

Scheduled to air on 12 August, the episode presents a timely discussion that challenges the crypto industry’s obsession with hype and shifts the spotlight to long-term utility and innovation.

Hosted by Quranium’s CEO, Kapil Dhiman, and co-host Olivia Karlsson, the duo dives into a deep discussion about Sheikh’s journey from shaping one of the world’s most renowned AI labs to building agent-based digital infrastructure at Fetch.ai.

“It’s the multi-agentic systems which are going to be the ones which really deliver the value for individuals,” Sheikh states during the episode, setting the stage for a candid and forward-looking conversation.

Listeners can expect insights into multi-agent systems and how they could unlock a new class of utility in the Web3 ecosystem. Moreover, the CEO of Fetch.ai contrasts the fleeting appeal of memecoins with the need to build technology that delivers real value for individuals, businesses, and society at large.

“Meme coins come and go. We need true utility to come into crypto, and we need to mature a bit,” he adds.

“Build something that’s actually going to be used. Good things take time,” Sheikh concludes when asked about practical advice for founders and builders.
