The Vision token (VSN) goes live on major exchanges, offering staking, governance, and real-world utility across Bitpanda’s Web3 ecosystem.
The Vision Token (VSN) debuted across top centralised and decentralised platforms including Kraken, KuCoin, and Uniswap. VSN enables staking, governance, and ecosystem utility within a decentralised framework built for scale and participation.
Designed to unify Bitpanda’s Web3 offerings into a single token economy, the Vision token allows users to stake up to 10% APY, vote on governance proposals, and gain early access to curated crypto projects via the upcoming Launchpad. Revenue generated from Vision-powered products is channelled back to the community through rewards, buybacks, and token burns.
VSN will serve as the native token across a range of products, including the Vision Protocol, a cross-chain liquidity aggregator; Vision Chain, a new Ethereum Layer 2 for real-world assets; the Bitpanda DeFi Wallet; and various decentralised applications under development.
Fabian Reinisch, Chairman of the VISION Web3 Foundation, commented: “With Vision,
we’re creating a transparent and dynamic framework where token holders have a direct say
in how the ecosystem evolves.”
Governance of the Vision token is overseen by the Vision Web3 Foundation, an independent body established to ensure transparency and decentralisation. Emission models, staking rewards, and community grant allocations will be determined through on-chain voting.
Early institutional partnerships with major football clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan will also bring real-world integrations into play, offering token holders digital benefits and exclusive experiences tied to sports and entertainment.
VSN is now live for trading and staking, with further product integrations and governance initiatives rolling out in the coming months.
