Singapore-based TOTM Labs, backed by TOTM Technologies, aims to provide AI and blockchain expertise for founders and institutions.
TOTM Labs, an AI-native venture builder, has announced its official launch in Singapore. Backed by the Singaporean publicly listed group TOTM Technologies, the company seeks to partner with founders, enterprises, and institutions to develop the on-chain economy.
The company will focus on the integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain infrastructure, and its launch occurs amidst projections that the global blockchain market will reach between 300 and 400 billion by 2030.
The venture builder operates across four primary areas to support the development of technology ventures:
- Next generation products: Governance frameworks, product roadmaps, commercial strategy, and capital plans designed for sustainable growth and institutional readiness
- AI-enabled TOTM venture engine: A proprietary AI-powered model that moves ventures through different stages while embedding AI at each stage
- Blockchain and tokenisation commercial model: Design and deployment of decentralised identity frameworks, real-world asset tokenisation, and secure cross-border payment infrastructure
- Ecosystem hubs: Three interconnected hubs that orchestrate and direct ecosystem resources, connections, and expertise toward the ventures that need them most
The foundation of TOTM Labs is tied to TOTM Technologies, a group with experience in managing digital infrastructure for various governments, such as Indonesia’s e-KTP initiative.

TOTM Labs aims to target a range of partners, including founders building for institutional markets, and enterprises transitioning from Web2 to Web3 environments.
By combining the infrastructure experience of its parent group with AI and blockchain specialisations, TOTM Labs seeks to facilitate the broader adoption of on-chain financial and identity systems.
