Summer Yu, a former HSBC, PayPal, and ByteDance executive, will lead the company’s compliance and governance strategy for digital finance.
Alpha Ladder Group (ALG), Singapore’s digital green finance group and parent company of MetaComp Pte Ltd and Alpha Ladder Finance, has appointed Summer Yu as its Group Chief Compliance Officer.
Reporting directly to Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Dr Bo Bai, Yu will oversee the Group’s compliance strategy, governance frameworks, and regulatory engagement across its licensed entities.
With over two decades of experience in global compliance, licensing, and financial crime risk management, Yu has led compliance frameworks for prominent financial institutions and fintechs, including HSBC, PayPal, and ByteDance.
