XRPL assets will also integrate into Bitget Wallet’s payment ecosystem, including crypto cards, QR merchant payments, and bank transfer settlement.
Finance app Bitget Wallet has partnered with XRP to bring the XRP Ledger (XRPL) directly into Bitget Wallet’s ecosystem, giving access to XRP-based payments, cross-border transfers, and RLUSD.
Through the integration, Bitget Wallet users can send and receive XRP and RLUSD directly on the XRP Ledger while accessing cross-chain swaps between XRPL assets and tokens across multiple blockchain networks.
The integration also connects XRP Ledger to Bitget Wallet’s broader payments infrastructure, the Onchain Payments Matrix, which links blockchain networks with banks, card systems and merchant payment rails.
This integration reflects a broader shift across digital asset markets as stablecoins increasingly move beyond trading and begin functioning as a global payment and settlement infrastructure. By embedding XRPL inside Bitget Wallet’s payment ecosystem, Bitget Wallet aims to make blockchain-based transfers, merchant payments, and cross-border settlement accessible.
