Bitget Wallet’s integration with Reality adds US equity exposure and on-chain uses such as DeFi collateralisation.
Bitget Wallet has integrated Reality, a tokenised asset issuance protocol, allowing users to access more than 1,700 tokenised US stocks and exchange-traded funds.
The tokenised assets are initially available on the Arbitrum and Morph networks, and users can trade them without moving funds off-chain or opening a separate brokerage account. The integration also brings Reality’s rTokens to Bitget Wallet alongside existing offerings from Ondo and xStocks.
Reality currently offers more than 600 tokenised US stocks and ETFs through its rTokens, which are backed 1:1 by underlying US shares held with Alpaca Securities.
Eligible dividends are distributed to users’ wallets in stablecoins, while corporate actions such as stock splits are reflected automatically. Supported rTokens can also be used across decentralised finance (DeFi) applications as collateral.
Alvin Kan, COO of Bitget Wallet, said: “Most users globally have had no viable path to US equity exposure, not because of lack of demand, but because the infrastructure was either inaccessible or required giving up custody. Reality’s model is different: real shares, real liquidity, real dividends, and users keep control of their keys throughout.”
Alice Li, Head of Reality, added: “Through an open API, wallets, exchanges, and protocols can connect directly to rToken liquidity and bring US equity exposure to their users without building the underlying infrastructure from scratch.”
