Centrifuge Whitelabel enables asset managers and fintechs to launch tokenised products faster with built-in compliance and scalability.
Real-world asset (RWA) platform Centrifuge has launched Centrifuge Whitelabel, a modular platform designed for asset managers, fintechs, and DeFi builders to create and scale tokenised financial products with institutional-grade security and efficiency.
Daylight, a decentralised energy infrastructure network that recently raised US$75 million led by Framework Ventures, becomes the first project to launch using the platform. By leveraging Centrifuge Whitelabel, Daylight can access audited components for tokenisation, investor management, and multichain distribution, reducing operational complexity and time to market.
“Centrifuge’s architecture gives us maximum expressivity and a robust set of primitives to build on,” said Jason Badeaux, Co-Founder of Daylight. “The extensible design allows us to build mechanisms tailored to our needs for security, customisation, and native DeFi integration.”
Built on years of live production experience, Centrifuge Whitelabel provides end-to-end lifecycle management for tokenised assets, plus liquidity integration across multiple chains. The standardised design enables institutions and builders to launch regulated, interoperable products globally without duplicating infrastructure or cost.
“With Centrifuge Whitelabel, we’ve taken the same infrastructure trusted by global institutions and opened it to the entire market,” said Jeroen Offerijns, CTO and Co-Founder of Centrifuge Labs. “This is how real adoption happens: open rails, institutional trust, and a direct path from concept to capital.”
Centrifuge Whitelabel supports a wide range of tokenised instruments, including private credit and structured products, and underpins institutional partnerships with Janus Henderson, Apollo, and S&P Dow Jones Indices.
“Daylight represents what this new era of tokenisation is about—applying institutional-grade rails to entirely new asset classes,” said Bhaji Illuminati, CEO and Co-Founder of Centrifuge Labs.
The platform is available in two tiers: Core, a self-service SDK and API layer for DeFi developers, and Plus, a collaborative tier for co-building with Centrifuge’s in-house experts — with a fully managed Build-Run-Distribute model offered through its asset management arm, Anemoy.
