Centrifuge will use Chronicle’s Proof of Asset framework to verify tokenised asset data, supporting risk management and compliance.
Oracle platform Chronicle has been selected by Centrifuge as its primary oracle partner, positioning Chronicle as the data foundation for tokenised assets on Centrifuge.
The partnership focuses on Chronicle’s Proof of Asset (PoA), an oracle framework designed to verify tokenised asset data. The PoA independently verifies reserve composition and holdings-level data of tokenised assets, enabling tokenised assets to be treated as financial instruments rather than static representations.
Grove also recently selected Chronicle as its exclusive oracle partner for a $1 billion deployment into the Janus Henderson Anemoy JAAA Fund, which was brought on-chain by Centrifuge and secured by Chronicle.
Nik Kunkel, Founder and CEO at Chronicle, said: “Centrifuge has been at the forefront of institutional tokenisation, setting the standards for how funds and credit strategies move on-chain. Powering the assets tokenised by Centrifuge’s platform with Chronicles infrastructure, we’re creating the trust foundation institutions require to scale this market from billions to trillions.”
Jeroen Offerings, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Centrifuge Labs, said: ” By partnering with Chronicle as our primary oracle provider, we’re ensuring that assets launched through Centrifuge are backed by transparent, independently verified data.”
