Check Point Software partnered with Ngee Ann Polytechnic to embed its SecureAcademy curriculum into a cybersecurity diploma.
Check Point Software has announced a strategic partnership with Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s (NP) School of InfoComm Technology to integrate its globally recognised SecureAcademy curriculum into NP’s Diploma in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics.
Starting in the April 2026 semester, around 100 students will be the first to undergo an enhanced Network Security module featuring the Check Point Certified System Administrator (CCSA) curriculum.
Under the programme, Check Point is providing a grant valued at S$60,000, covering CCSA-certified courseware and access to more than 10 additional certification courses, enterprise-grade software licences for lab environments, an 85% discount on exam fees, instructor training for NP lecturers, and student access to cybersecurity experts through virtual events.
Students will move beyond theory to work with firewall technologies, VPNs, malware protection, security monitoring, network architecture, and encryption techniques.
Dr Joel Yang, Director of the School of InfoComm Technology at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, said: “By creating learning environments that reflect how cybersecurity teams operate in practice, our students build both the skills and confidence to effectively safeguard digital and enterprise infrastructure.”
