Cryptio launches a fund administration operational layer to support NAV calculation and reporting for regulated digital asset managers.

Cryptio, an ERP platform for regulated digital assets, has announced its expansion into fund administration. The move extends the platform’s capabilities to include an operational layer for digital asset funds, asset managers, and fund servicers.

The development follows a US$45 million Series B funding round this year, and the expansion is intended to address the technical limitations of traditional fund administration systems when managing blockchain-based assets.

As digital assets become increasingly integrated into regulated markets, asset managers require infrastructure for Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation, fund-level reporting, and entity segregation.

Antoine Scalia, founder and CEO of Cryptio, said: “Expanding into fund administration is a natural next step – helping funds, asset managers and servicers operate with stronger controls, clearer NAV workflows and infrastructure designed for digital assets from the ground up.”

Loic Fonteneau, Managing Director at BlackFin Capital Partners, said: “The company has already demonstrated its ability to solve complex operational and reporting challenges, and we see fund administration as a natural extension of that foundation as institutional demand continues to grow.”
