Deutsche Bank hosts the 2026 Digital Assets Week in New York, focusing on the commercialisation of tokenised assets and capital market transformation.

The Digital Assets Week is scheduled to return to New York on 13-14 May 2026. Hosted by Deutsche Bank, the conference serves as an institutional forum for capital markets transformation, including issuance, market structure, and regulatory alignment.

The event is focused on “Global Asset Digitisation” projects and aims to facilitate dialogue between market participants and regulators regarding the commercialisation of tokenised assets.

The agenda covers topics such as the transition of public markets on-chain, tokenised private markets, and the vision of real-time settlement. Discussions will also address the challenges of interoperability and the integration of digital assets within traditional back-office and post-trade environments.

Confirmed speakers for the event include Sumeera Younis, Chief of Operations of the Crypto Task Force at the US Securities and Exchange Commission; Michael Blaugrund, VP of Strategic Initiatives at the NYSE; and Nadine Chakar, Global Head of DTCC Digital Assets. Representatives from BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Investments, and WisdomTree are also scheduled to participate.

The conference is designed to address the intersection of digital assets and traditional finance. Key themes include the global rollout of stablecoin regulation and the merging of traditional and crypto custody models. Participants will also explore how institutions can access decentralised finance innovation without importing associated risks.

Other participating banks include Bank of America, UBS Investment Bank, and TD Securities. The event is organised by Juliet Media and remains a key venue where the large-scale commercialisation of tokenisation is discussed by major industry stakeholders.
