The launch of Operation First Light by EFAS invites users to test their first Web3 features in this exclusive limited-time event.
Earth From Another Sun (EFAS), a sci-fi massive multiplayer online (MMO) shooter built on Solana, has launched Operation First Light, a Web3 beta inviting users to test its features.
The exclusive limited-time event takes place from 7 November till 21 November 2024, and players who sign up for Operation First Light will be able to earn from a pooled reward of US$20,000.
The Web3 beta testing event is supported by the team behind the BONK meme coin token, GameShift by Solana Labs, and the centralised exchange, OKX. Users can either link their Solana wallets when signing up, or they can create a wallet through their emails on the sign-up page.
Users who link their OKX wallets enable a 2x boost on their chances of winning rewards, while EFAS Passport holders receive a 1.5x boost on the possibility of earning rewards.
According to the rules of the beta test by EFAS, loot boxes will be distributed randomly to users who have completed the quest. Completing more than one quest enables users to win multiple loot boxes, and participants can expect an email notification whether they have won a loot box, and instructions on how to claim the item.
The $20,000 pool is expected to be divided into $12,000 worth of EFAS asset packs, $3,000 in BONK, and $5,000 in USDC.
