Keeper Security’s native Tenable integrations connect cloud risk detection with remediation while enabling more secure credential management.

Cybersecurity provider Keeper Security has announced native integrations with Tenable designed to help cloud security teams move from identifying risks to resolving them within a single workflow.

The integration sends cloud findings from Tenable directly into Keeper’s remediation engine. Once remediation is complete, Keeper automatically notifies Tenable and updates the finding to resolved status, removing the need for manual follow-up.

A separate integration addresses the handling of privileged credentials used during vulnerability scans. Instead of storing passwords and SSH keys directly in scan policies, organisations can keep them centrally in Keeper, allowing Tenable to retrieve the credentials automatically for credentialed scanning.

Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security, said: “As AI-powered threats increase the onslaught of cyber attacks and decrease the window of time in which cyber defenders can take action, this integration enables cloud security teams to implement fixes in seconds instead of weeks.”

The approach is intended to reduce risks associated with static credentials while helping security teams manage access to systems during vulnerability assessments. Both integrations aim to reduce the gaps between discovering misconfigurations or risky access paths and the action taken to address them.
