Brinc’s portfolio founders will gain access to Nephos services covering compliance, cross-border structuring, tokenisation and proof-of-reserve support.

Nephos Group has partnered with venture accelerator Brinc to provide compliance, structuring, and tokenisation advisory services to technology and innovation founders across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Under the partnership, companies in Brinc’s portfolio will gain access to Nephos’s services, including cross-border tax planning, corporate structuring, and tokenisation advisory.

The partnership will also provide founders developing Web3, stablecoin and tokenised asset products with access to Nephos’s proof-of-reserve attestation services, helping early-stage businesses address compliance and other financial and structural requirements.

The companies pointed out that founders operating across the GCC can face additional challenges when dealing with multiple jurisdictions. To address that, Nephos and Brinc plan to hold workshops and sessions for portfolio founders covering compliance readiness, cross-border structuring, tokenisation frameworks, and proof-of-reserve practices.

Joe David, Founder and CEO of Nephos Group, said: “This partnership with Brinc means their portfolio companies, from Web3 ventures to broader tech and innovation businesses, can access compliance and structuring expertise from day one rather than having to piece it together later.”

Nick Ramil, Chief Marketing Officer at Brinc, said: “Through this partnership, we’re giving our founders access to the financial, compliance, and structuring expertise they need to grow, while building a relationship that creates meaningful value for their businesses over the long term.”
