Singapore-born digital asset firm QCP grows headcount by 50% and secures MPI and ADGM licences.

Singapore-based digital asset firm QCP Group announced a 50 per cent year-on-year increase in headcount to 157 employees, and a series of strategic office openings and regulatory milestones that strengthen its global presence. The firm now operates from expanded premises in Singapore’s Prudential Tower and new offices in countries like New York, Abu Dhabi, and Kuala Lumpur.

This geographic expansion is underpinned by a Major Payment Institution (MPI) licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and a Financial Services Permission from Abu Dhabi Global Market. These approvals enable QCP to offer regulated spot, derivatives, and structured digital asset solutions to institutional clients under clear, high-standard rulebooks.

QCP now serves funds, corporates, and family offices across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Darius Sit, Founder of QCP, said: “At QCP, our growth is a function of trust.

Institutions want a partner with deep market expertise, full-spectrum execution, and regulatory integrity in the hubs that matter. With licensed operations in Singapore and Abu Dhabi and on-the-ground coverage in New York and London, we’re meeting clients where they are and bringing digital assets into the financial core.”

“Our strategy is simple: combine regulated access with best-in-class market infrastructure. The MPI in Singapore and the FSP in ADGM allow us to serve clients under clear, high-bar rulebooks, while our expanded team enhances 24/7 coverage and product depth across spot, options, and structured solutions,” said Melvin Deng, CEO of QCP.

With its expanded team and global office network, QCP is positioning itself as a single, trusted counterparty for institutions integrating digital assets into their core financial operations.
