The partnership between RedStone and DogeOS will provide live price feeds for apps built on the network.
Oracle platform RedStone has partnered with DogeOS to provide live price feeds for applications built on the network.
DogeOS is built by the team behind the MyDoge wallet, and it aims to be the application layer for the Dogecoin token. The partnership marks Redstone as the first oracle provider on the network, and enables decentralised finance (DeFi) applications to be built.
Price feeds from Redstone will be used to settle trades for lending markets, stablecoins, and perpetuals.
Jordan Jefferson, Founder & CEO of DogeOS, said: “With RedStone live from day one, builders get the same battle-tested price feeds that secure billions across leading lending markets, stablecoins and perps.”
Marcin Kaźmierczak, COO & Co-Founder of RedStone, added: “Every lending market, stablecoin and perps exchange depends on price data it can trust, and having it in place from day one means builders can start shipping real financial products to the Dogecoin community immediately.”
