The integration with Anthropic will power the Tenable One Adversary View feature, which traces hidden attack paths.

Tenable is bringing Anthropic’s Claude Mythos 5 into its Tenable One Exposure Management Platform, introducing new AI-powered capabilities for analysing cyber risk.

The first planned feature, Tenable One Adversary View, will help security teams identify hidden attack paths by analysing exposure data already collected by the platform. It will use Claude Mythos 5 to examine how an attacker could move from an initial point of access towards critical systems and identify ways to disrupt that progression.

The feature will complement Tenable One’s existing exposure prioritisation and attack path analysis tools, and is expected to become available to initial customers in September.

Eric Doerr, Chief Product Officer at Tenable, said: “By combining some of the world’s most advanced cyber reasoning with the breadth and depth of Tenable’s exposure intelligence, we can tackle complex security problems in entirely new ways.”

The announcement comes as organisations increasingly use AI to manage growing volumes of security data, while attackers also gain access to more advanced AI capabilities.

Additional innovations from the expanded collaboration are expected to follow after the initial rollout.
