TOTM Labs, an AI-native venture builder, has launched TOTM.AI, a platform designed to enable digital employees to collaborate, transact, and execute across enterprises with built-in trust, control, and accountability.
The platform allows AI agents to act on behalf of teams, systems, and functions to execute business interactions autonomously. The launch is positioned around the growing use of agentic AI across organisational boundaries, and is designed to enforce traceability of activity, enforceability of decisions, and trust in interactions.
TOTM.AI is intended to enable digital employees to discover one another in real time, coordinate business interactions across organisations, and execute outcomes as part of a connected system. Case studies include supply chain workflows, where manufacturing, logistics, and finance processes update automatically.
The platform is built around a “Trust Triangle”, a framework focused on verifiable decisions, clearly defined permissions and data boundaries, and reliable, auditable execution in business environments.
