Vulcan strengthens its MENA footprint through collaborations with Presight, CPX, and Astra Tech to advance safe GenAI adoption.
GenAI security solutions provider Vulcan expanded its presence in the Middle East through a series of strategic partnerships announced at GITEX Global 2025, the region’s largest technology event.
Building on its selection into the Presight AI Accelerator earlier this year, Vulcan is now working closely with key entities within the G42 ecosystem to support secure and responsible GenAI deployment across the MENA region. Since joining the Presight AI Accelerator in June as one of only ten startups selected from over 120 global applicants, Vulcan has leveraged the programme to scale its business regionally.
The first partnership announcement came with CPX, another G42 company and a leader in end-to-end cyber and physical security solutions. CPX will integrate Vulcan’s GenAI security solutions into its portfolio, expanding its reach into several target markets.
Together, the two teams have tested large language model (LLM) applications across multiple languages, including Arabic, English, Hindi, and Kazakh, generating over 140,000 attack prompts across more than 20 threat categories and 25 attack techniques to deliver actionable insights for clients.
Through the AI Accelerator, Vulcan also partnered with Astra Tech, the consumer arm of G42 and parent company of botim and botim money. With botim serving more than 150 million global users, Vulcan will assess and enhance Astra Tech’s AI systems to ensure alignment with international standards of safety, security, and responsible AI innovation.
“We are honoured to have earned the trust of several top players in AI and cybersecurity here in the UAE,” said Alvin Kwock, Co-Founder of Vulcan. “Through our work with Presight, CPX, and Astra Tech, we’ve achieved our goal of collaborating within the G42 group, and we’re now focused on taking these partnerships global.”
“It is remarkable to see the velocity of the Vulcan team’s progress,” said Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight. “With commercial traction accelerating, the next phase will focus on securing key contracts and projects that drive systemic momentum in AI across industries and borders.”
