Circuit integrates with Shift Markets to make digital assets recoverable by default, strengthening exchange resilience and client protection.

Circuit, the enterprise-grade digital asset recovery platform, today announced its integration with Shift Markets, bringing real-time recovery capabilities to a global network of centralised exchanges, fintechs, brokers, and trading platforms.

By embedding recovery directly into exchange infrastructure, the partnership tackles one of the sector’s most persistent challenges: the permanent loss of funds when keys, infrastructure, or custodians fail.

Circuit’s solution enables exchanges to recover assets instantly in the event of a failure, protecting clients and ensuring business continuity.

Powered by its Automatic Asset Extraction™ (AAE) engine, Circuit pre-signs tamper-proof transactions that can be broadcast immediately when required, sweeping vulnerable assets into secure extraction wallets under client control.

The large-scale integration builds on Circuit’s public launch in June and follows early deployments with Fireblocks, Utila, and Dfns.

“By partnering with Shift Markets, a global leader in exchange infrastructure, we’re embedding recovery as an automatic feature that exchanges can rely on for resilience and confidence every day,” said Harry Donnelly, CEO of Circuit.

“While no platform is immune to risk, integrating Circuit’s technology enhances the resilience of our network and gives our clients access to the kind of solutions every forward-looking exchange should be considering,” said Ian McAfee, CEO and Co-Founder of Shift Markets.

“As a global exchange, user trust is everything. Through Shift’s integration of Circuit, we are ensuring assets remain safe and accessible, no matter what happens behind the scenes,” said Brendan Callahan, CEO of Tradu.
